Pricing, Variables & Package Options:

Pricing comes down to zeroing in on your custom show:

  • Number of Drones: We start at 150 drones, but more drones means more detail and 3D imagery
  • Number of Shows: lower your rate by flying two or more shows within a few days, same location
  • Customized show images: chosen by you!
  • Travel: We're based in Wisconsin, but we bring our shows anywhere
  • For municipalities, sponsorships are great ways to offset show costs

Step 1: Show Planning

Initial meeting

Let’s understand your needs, and answer your questions. Our goal is to tell your story in the sky and make your vision reality.

When you’re excited and ready to move forward, let’s agree on a contract and show date.

 

Design team meeting

With the contract signed and the show date set, our design team will meet with you to build your show and start bringing your vision to life.

We have a dedicated designers experienced in creating stunning visuals.

 

Considerations

We can create the show you envision, or you can share your goals and any visuals you want to see, and we’ll bring them to life.

More drones means greater customization, more detail, and better 3D effect options.

We can help you with sponsors by putting their names in the sky.

Step 2: Storyboard & Soundscaping

Creating a storyboard

Based on our concept meeting, our team creates a storyboard outlining the show's moment-to-moment progression. This storyboard is sent to you for feedback, allowing you to guide the imagery and pacing.

 

Developing the soundtrack

Simultaneously, we begin crafting a soundscape or track list to accompany your show. Once the storyboard is set, you can suggest specific songs or types of soundscapes you prefer for the show.

 

Preview rendering

With the soundscape and drone show design aligned, we produce a preview rendering of the show. This preview provides the opportunity for you to share feedback and adjustments you’d like to make before the big day.

Step 3: Final Preparation & Show Day

Flight Clearances

Our head pilot coordinates flight clearances required by the FAA. We manage all flight restrictions and tricky airspace clearances, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

 

Finalize the Show

Once the show is finalized and all preparations are complete, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your own, custom, spectacular light show!

Flight times vary based on temperature, venue type, and battery performance. These limits ensure adequate reserve power for a safe landing.
